I had originally set up an appointment with Gee but unfortunately I was running late and when I got there he was assisting another family. Sales man I dealt with was Michael who did not take me serious at all as a buyer , no help whatsoever just terrible service and did not make me want to do business with them at all. Perhaps if Gee was to my assisting then the review would be completely different.
The people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Responded quickly to our questions and although they didnt budge on price still ended up buying the vehicle we were interested in. Jerel treated us with lots of respect and sent us home with full tanks in both vehicles and even bought us delicious lunch.
Decent price and willing to be near market on trade in. Decided in the end not to go with such a high mileage vehicle.
Very good dealer experience. Leo sent me a car fax email, offered to send photos, and even help take car to the mechanic for an inspection I requested!
Took all day and couldn't not even pull my credit report. Kept asking my credit score and they said my credit score was 0 and that's the reason I'm getting the highest APR. Been buying cars , property all my life and not once my credit score is 0. Unprofessional dealership
