Mohammed Ameen was excellent, he helped me and my college age son find the right car for him. He listened to our concerns and preferences and we are really happy with the outcome. We’ll be back when its time for him to level up after graduation!
worked with Rob Whiddon and John Ventre and an unnamed mechanic. They sold me a used 4runner that had a major rear differential leak that they covered up. This leak was about a $2500 repair that had to be done about 30 days after purchasing the vehicle. Very disappointed with the service I received for my 2028 Toyota Avalon. We bought the Avalon brand new from Heartland and have had all of maintenance service with them since day one. This is why I am so disappointed in Heartland and with Toyota in general. The issue that occurred was a water leak from the sunroof that ended up soaking the front passenger floor. I recently brought my Toyota Land Cruiser into the service department at Mike Calvert Toyota Center. Jonathan, one of the managers, is an expert in explaining every step of the process. They checked out every inch of my Land Cruiser and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Jonathan even gave me a loan car (free of charge) so I wouldn’t have to spend the day at the dealership. I am happy with the excellent service, friendly people, and knowledgeable mechanics.
