I went to Dallas last week to work and my company paid for the hotel. My account just got over drawn. The hotel charged me $776, i only gave them a card for incidentals. They told me they would only take a $20 deposit a d it would be refunded. 4 days in dallas they took out $390, then $170, then $100. When i confronted the manager he said he could see it was taken out but had no explanation why and that he would resolve it within 24 hours. I gave him my contact information and he never called me. My family and I stayed here June 24th -26th on vacation. The first room we4 stayed in the carpet smelled like it was molded, so we switched rooms. We were over charge on our account and the hotel staff repeatedly stated they were not able to see the charges. We elevated it to corporate and it was verified an unauthorized amount was taken. It took 3 weeks for them to replace it because an investigation was pending with our bank. I call week after week trying to get answers. I made a reservation for 1 night at Springhill Suites 6815 Reading Rd, Rosenberg, TX, US and cancelled 4 hours later. My cancellation was 6 days before the booking date. My bank account was and still had been charged for a one-night stay that I did not have. BOGUS! I have a cancellation confirmation number and contacted Bonvoy Marriott for help. The rep told me they would "open a case" for the error. Still have not heard. Still being charged!!! Robbery!

Abysmal experience! By far the worst Marriott experience EVER! Have stayed with Marriott for 40 years, was Exec Platinum and now Elite Titanim. Reservation for a King bed, but the bed was a Full size at best. Shelves and door missing from kitchn cabinets. Food left in freezer. Toilet seat broken.. we shared issues with the General Manager, Richard Auer, and he acted and stated that he was equally shocked at the condition of the room and he would 'make it right' while we were out for afternoon yet NOTHING was done when we ret... read more

We stopped for a night as we were traveling to South Carolina. For a Marriot group this is the worst hotel I have stayed. It was in the category of a motel!! Our shower door bottom leaked so our bathroom was a puddle when we were done! Carpets not cleaned! More importantly the doors could not be locked with the double lock nor the latch. We didn’t feel comfortable knowing that someone with a key card could just open the door!! Will not recommend staying here even for a night stop! Such a bad reputation for the Marriot g... read more

I am so proud and happy to be out here sharing this remarkable testimony, awesome and extraordinary, I just can’t believe this now my ex Husband is really back to me on his knees begging me to take him back and he was feeling regretful and sorry for leaving me and for causing me pains after the divorce which occurred 5 Months ago. They charged $250 on my card for “damages” that they could not validate. I have been waiting for a refund for over 10 days and still nothing. Fraudulent charges that have been reported as fraud on my credit card. The hotel was clean but due to all the fraudulent activities eating it a “1” BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The manager Juan assured me I would receive my refund but I have not as of today. My initial call to dispute the charges was 5/27 today is 6/11.

I thought it was nice until we got their and they surprised us with a 100.00 dollar deposit they never mentioned that online thank God we had the extra cash we followed all the rules cleaned our own room and took out our own dirty laundry and still have not seen our deposit it's been 3 weeks I have never had this problem anywhere their pool wasn't open they never mentioned everything was closed down online or when we called what a rip-off not worth the money
