San Francisco Gyrotonic® exists as a healing sanctuary for all seeking to enhance their health and quality of life. We believe that everyone has the capacity to manifest and maximize their heath, and thus we support the self-empowering and transformational process of our students and clients. We offer training on all Gyrotonic® equipment, group Gyrokinesis® classes, and we are also an international teacher training center. We have some of the best trainers in the Bay area.

The founder of the studio- Debra Rose is a guru in the GYROTONIC community. She has been practicing and teaching it since the very beginning of the method, so she knows pretty much everything about it. At the same time her ability to pass her knowledge to her students is extraordinary. I love studying under her instruction!😊

I'm a licensed Gyrotonic trainer and live on the east coast. I attend zoom classes because I love the way Debra Rose teaches all of her trainers - they are amazing and my own practice has deepened as a result.
