Appreciated getting a last minute appointment in spite of being moving day. But, would have liked to speak with Dr. Shapiro following my husband’s exam. It was very crowded so I didn’t ask. My bad. Did as instructed and hope to hear from Dr. asap. Thank you

The entire team is very compassionate and Caring, Dr.Dula is by far the best doctor I have seen in my 70 years.
I have been referring to her for years as a nurse and know her work very well she took care of me when I had issues post major illness and my mother I have a spastic bladder and fully explained everything that needs to be done which makes tremendous sense and I'm very happy with her she has knowledge also is very kind my mother is one of the 87 and she doesn't remember always what was said so it was nice I was there. I recently called to confirm an appointment and had a frustrating experience. The person who answered was unprofessional, cutting me off mid-question and providing incorrect information. Additionally, They confirmed the appointment at the Tarzana location without asking for name or date of birth....!(not sure how). Then changed it to West Hills after I provided details, contradicting themselves. I was so confused but she was either so agitated or angry for some reason right from the start.
