I did have some good experiences they are good at getting you referrals and my wait time wasn’t long. Tried to give me a appointment far out I told them I was just ran over by a car I can’t wait that long for a follow up was able to get an appointment the next day so I’m like hmmm yall do have appointments. It’s taking my doctor almost a month to sign my leave of absence paperwork. They have you call all these people to follow up none of them ever answer their phones. Staff have poor communication.
Speaking for myself and the gyno appointment I had w/ Dr. Aura Eliz, I would very much recommend her. Also this place in general because all of the staff were friendly and helpful; there was a good energy all around. Dr. Eliz made me feel welcomed, comfortable, safe & informed throughout my entire gyno appointment. She informed me what she would be doing before she did it, and it all went quickly and smoothly.
