That included helping to do complete the final walk through after the tenants moved, completing repairs and selling the home. Glen and his team did a fantastic job selling our home. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Glen gave us advice to get our house market-ready that was right on the mark. Tamra was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process from beginning to end. She always made herself available to answer any questions we had no matter how many we sent her way. She partnered well with her lender and ensured that they were always on the same page. We would work with Tamra again and would not hesitate to recommend her. We'll be calling her when it's time to sell!
Tamra was very helpful and responsive during our first home buying experience. While we were going to open houses and walk-throughs she would give input when asked but I never felt like she was trying to push us in a certain direction. She gave us the space to decide for ourselves. She was also helpful during escrow and answered all of our questions quickly. She was very on top of all the details and we felt like escrow was not nearly as stressful as we had heard from other people.
Tamra went above and beyond to help me find my home. I told her the neighborhoods I was interested in, and I had a very specific value add criteria. She went door knocking and found me my home off market!! I’ve worked with a lot of realtors in the past and none of them have provided the customer service or determination to find a home like she has.
