Tore my meniscus March 17, 2018. Had surgery September 19, 2018. Last night I squatted for the first time in almost a year, without having to use the Smith Machine. Today I can barely walk, but it feels sooooo good. My knee felt great. My shoulder felt great holding the bar behind my neck (I had shoulder surgery too by Dr. Behr). All is right in my workout world again. Dr. Behr at San Diego Orthopedics is the BEST! PS the receptionist Heather is pretty good too :)
two months after my initial visit I discovered that no request for treatment had been submitted on my behalf the office administrator who was very nice apologized and said I would be taken care of from then on. I spoke to the Doctor at my next appointment and I pressed him on the problem after seeming disinterested and finally he apologized.
