tried to charge me for a large cheese dip i never got. waiter never checked up on us, and got an attitude when i asked him to take the cheese dip off.

First I have to say Brenda and Amanda are my people! They work really hard and I like that they take the time to recognize their frequent fliers. I don't event have to place an order because Amanda always knows what I'm here for lol. A few things do need to change, the door dash set up at the bar is a terrible idea. Two bartenders serving a full bar, taking care of to go orders, making drinks for the dining room, and then getting door dash really impacts the service they can provide. First off it took 5 people to ask about our order because we placed it online and they could not find it. Get home with order and things on good I put in notes not to put on it. the chimichangas (3 orders) when you cut into them were burnt. Husband called and manager wanted to argue and basically thought we were lying and then proceeded to say I hope you enjoy your free meal. Never had service like this from there but won't be back especially because of the way the manager spoke.

We had a party of over 40 and the staff was beyond amazing!!!!
The food is never consistent and always looks like it was under a heat lamp for too long. The service is ridiculous. Our drinks were ordered and that’s the last we saw of anyone. I have other stories of this place but bottom line is the kitchen lacks consistency and they are clearly understaffed.
