As a retired RN find this office responsive, kind, caring and excellent communication, first class. Providers.
I was at this office for 1-2 years and did not enjoy my experience. They have an automatic appointment scheduler for a year out, but they do not call, message, text, email or anything to confirm the appointment and if you miss it, it's a $75 charge. I actually changed doctors this year because that happened to me last year, but they still automatically scheduled an appointment, so they are still charging me the $75 fee even though they are not my doctor anymore, I had no idea the appointment was scheduled, and never confirme... read more
I’m beyond happy with my current doctor, Dr Gregory SIAUMAU. I’m currently meeting with him monthly (virtually) for medication management. He’s always on time, listens to your concerns and addresses them on the spot with solutions. As someone who has seen a therapist for many years you learn it’s very hard to find someone that actually cares and will hear you out.
