I just became a new patient here and so far I’ve had a really great experience. Originally I wanted Dr.G as a PCP but he wasn’t excepting new patients, so I ended up going w Dr. Morris and then was going to switch to him but she was really great so I’m staying. The office seemed very organized, and started my appointment right on time. She didn’t pressure me into doing anything I didn’t want to and took all of my concerns seriously. I called with a complicated request requiring much coordination and explanation. Michaela (spelling) was amazing - listened intently, took notes, extremely patient and kind, and took the time to understand and fulfill my request. One of my best experiences ever calling a dr office staff. I've also met with Dr Morris several times and have always felt heard and left satisfied. She listens and encourages you to seek treatment. She is also open minded and has worked with me to align on diagnosis and treatment plans together.
Horrible staff and no one helps here. Also, I would not recommend this practice if you’re looking for a doctor who listens and partners with you in your care.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The biggest problem with this clinic is the medical assistant, Angel. She is, without question, the most rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant healthcare employee I have ever encountered. From the moment I walk in or call in, she acts like helping patients is a burden. There was no greeting, no kindness, no compassion, just a cold, dismissive attitude that makes me feel unwelcome.
