This is in response to the 1 star review given by BittBurger. This customer received exactly what he ordered. He continued to send countless emails and text messages to our staff at all hours to the point of harassment. He threatened to give a 1 star review on all SM platforms if he did not get what he wanted. Horrible experience. Recommend getting your lighting solutions handled by a different company. Christine, our sales rep screwed up our lighting order massively. She ordered new construction on a remodel. The most basic, obvious error possible. She then proceeded to try and blame me, the clueless homeowner, for not catching her error ahead of time.
