Bought original spa five years ago from Costco via the Hot Springs store. Very professional and helpful. Set up and use was well defined. Had minor problem with unit at five years And they honored the warranty. Service after the sale, great talented people! Would buy again here.
Bought a new spa cover for my Hot Spot Relay spa. I picked it up and installed it myself. Everything went smoothly and the cover is very good quality.
We purchased a hot tub from this place about five years ago. The sales experience was excellent. We went in not knowing which spa would best suit our needs and they were extremely helpful in determining which was best for us. Also, they didn't try to push us into something more expensive.
