Disappointing experience with SDG&E. Our organization recently transitioned to solar energy, yet we’ve still been billed nearly $700 over the past two months (on top of solar). Multiple attempts to address the issue have been unsuccessful—calls are often disconnected, hold times are excessive, and requested callbacks never come through. Waiting a long time for the power to come back on. It went out at 12:30 and it's now 7:09. I take care of my disabled mom and Uncle.
The billing system is completely flawed. The due dates are all over the place. And no human available to answer questions. The auto phone system does not have a 'push this number' for an option to ask a particular question about the invoices. And I have been double charged, with no way to stop this.
