We cancelled before we even got to go to our first appointment. Their site boasts that they work closely with the LGBTQ+ community, but it's obvious that the "T" is not considered at any point during this process. This clinic requires full payment upfront before they’ll even hold the appointment, plus a $95 administration fee that is specifically not billable to insurance, and then reimburses you later IF insurance pays. They refuse to submit to insurance before, so one has no idea if it will even be covered. The entire billing process was confusing and the scheduling staff were unfriendly and unhelpful; when I questioned the process, Amanda in scheduling ultimately told me to go to another clinic. I had an excellent experience here thanks to Kris and the nursing and care team. I had appointments both here and at the Del Mar location. I appreciated the communication, kindness, and experience of the team. The office is also modern with best technology. Thank you!

This place was not helpful and Dr.Kettel was unprofessional. This establishment was a waste of time, money, and effort.
