It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Barrio. My visit with her was extremely thorough which I was very happy about. She was very informative, answered my questions and concerns and explained everything she did in an enjoyable conversation. I am happy to be in her excellent care. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and the procedure for checking in as a new patient was efficient. I like the location in Poway and look forward to my returning visits.
I went there to get skin tags removed The doctors put some cold stuff on my neck that made a bunch scabs When the scabs healed up the skin tags were still there . Not going to pay for this
Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff were great. They're all very friendly and my waiting time was very short.
While the doctor I was seeing is great it is no longer worth returning due to the disorganized administration and incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. It is difficult and almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. The last time I even attempted to call the message said I was number 41 in the queue. They don't respond to emails or the online form submission. Sometimes you can reach someone by text. Doctor Patel has been a great resource when it comes to my questions and results so if you’re looking for a dermatologist, who is knowledgeable, friendly approachable, she’s your lady the office staff is always friendly. The environment is clean and sat.
