Receptionists were efficient and accommodating to my tardiness! Dr. Penny was awesome, very informed and compassionate. Very comfortable experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to SD Family Derm. I'm generally a little doctor resistant :). That said, I was able to get the appointment easily - scheduled out about 2 weeks. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me to navigate the insurance side of things. Appointment was on time. Dr. Barrio was great...she explained things very comprehensively and we discussed options for treating the concerns I had and came up with a plan.
