While the doctor I was seeing is great it is no longer worth returning due to the disorganized administration and incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. It is difficult and almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. The last time I even attempted to call the message said I was number 41 in the queue. Doctor Patel has been a great resource when it comes to my questions and results so if you’re looking for a dermatologist, who is knowledgeable, friendly approachable, she’s your lady the office staff is always friendly. The environment is clean and sat.
I do not recommend this office at all. They canceled on me 3-4x saying the doctor would be out of the office. One time I even went into their office for my appointment before discovering it was canceled. Everytime I accepted it and moved on. I have also had to reschedule appointments due to having severe chronic illnesses (very upfront with how physically disabled I am) and complications due to treatments. Im changing my review because Dr Lin Shinko was horrible to me yesterday. Rushing me, and walked out on me mid sentence. I had questions bc I had to ask to get a lesion on my skin sent to lab bc I believed it to be cancerous & she was stating it looked like a lesion in the chicken pox family that begins with him. Low and behold it wasnt cancer but it was pre cancerous. Therefore my instinct and research capabilities surpassed her guess.
