Called them on a Saturday and they immediately answered and scheduled someone to come out the next day, they called as a follow up to confirm the appointment and let me know they were on their way 20 minutes before arrival which was great and they showed up on time. Service person did a complete diagnostic on our dishwasher and discovered the heating element went out. The dishwasher is almost 15 years old but matches our other appliances and otherwise works well. They ordered a part which arrived in two days and installed it... read more

We have a dryer that is extensively used, (3 adults and two young children) and therefore needed a rapid and solid fix which Appliance Repair provided within 18 hours of of our call. The repair technician was prompt, courteous, and effective. The technician was informative and diagnosed the problem quickly and we were back in operation within 3 hours of his arrival. We will use this firm again!

I am very satisfied with the San Diego E Appliance Repair equality of service. When I set the appointment I clarified the problem. When the technician arrived, he examined the problem and fixed my dryer in just an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable, so kind and well-mannered at all times. The price quote was reasonable and most importantly they arrived on time within their window of arrival and also they give me a call 30 minutes before arriving and I really appreciate that a lot.
