I called and set up an appointment with the owner. I needed my dryer ductwork and vents cleaned out, they haven't been cleaned in 18+ years. The two gentleman that came out, were professional, showed up on time, actually a few minutes early. I discovered each of them have been with this company for over 10 years, so these guys knew what they were doing. They did exactly what I needed them to do. Our vent was totally clogged, and the dryer wouldn’t even work. These guys are inexpensive and came out the next day and had the problem solved in about 30 minutes.
I'm sure they meant well but they came out to my house when my air conditioner wasn't working. They said they didn't recommend replacing the parts that were bad, they recommended replacing my whole system. I declined and called out another company and my air conditioner is up and running perfectly again after replacing a $29 part.
Yes this company is less money. They used a powerful disinfectant throughout my home without telling me or asking me. It smelled up the entire house and made me sick enough to have to leave.
