I have called several times to pay a bill with no answer. Now I got a bill that says that I will be sent to collections! If you would please answer the phone I can pay!

PA Michelle Cote is an amazing provider. I've seen her twice for my derm needs, and she has the best treatment plans with great results. I've been getting my facials here since 2014. And as much as I love the esthetician I'm not a fan of the price inflation. When I first started it was $100 for a microdermabrasion session which included extractions, steam, facial and shoulder massage. You could find this service elsewhere for $65 back then. Two years ago, price jumped to $150 PLUS TIP! I stayed because of Shawn, who I really like. But then this month its $175 for the service alone!! AND, I didn't even get extractions or steam. And having people who know what they are doing is better than, “Just Okay!” Well Juan Kojima PA-C, along with assistance from Jesus and Veronica are the team that you “want” to work on your skin, no matter where on your body! And “Men,” see them for that ingrown hair problem. There is hope, because they can actually help!
