I have had my family member come to this facility on 2 separate occasions after having a major mental episode and not being safe to go home. It was supposed to be a 72 hour hold and they refused to keep them even for 24 hours. They don't take mental health seriously and try to be lazy with their work instead or truly helping the people in their care.

I basically cried myself... read more
