Unfortunately, like so many others' reviews both here and Yelp, I too am having issues with this place. I've been patient with the really long wait times, the dirty bathroom and inefficiencies of both staff and drs at times but now I have to add my complaint to the number of others. Two significant mistakes on their part cost me a month's worth of meds and a whole new set of SI joint injections that I was supposed to be done with and ready for a Fusion. I would avoid this center at all costs if you can. I was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30 pm. At 3 pm I had yet to see a doctor, and had to leave due to another commitment. The nurse/staff didn't seem phased, and offered no help. Now I am without my medications and no follow up appointment. The past three appointments I've had here have had to be rescheduled within days of the appointment date because "there is no provider available". I've been going to this clinic for about 3 years now and personally, have been very happy with not only my treatment plan, but the way the staff and Drs have treated me. I've been to several Pain mgmnt Drs in SD and all have a long wait to get in. They have a phenomenal NP right now (Susan Klein) who is helping to turn the time/wait factor down and increase positive treatment of patients. I am thankful for this place.
