I was really upset with the experience we had with Sd Clean Tech. At first they were super responsive and nice, but then once we had an issue, it went all down hill from there. It’s super upsetting when you’re completely ignored after having a lot of patience with their team. Our area rug ended up being ruined along with your couch and now they won’t even answer or work out something to rectify the situation.
