I am one of the most skeptical, untrusting, "how are they going to screw me" people around, so needless to say, when we drove down from the Riverside area to look at a used car that I had been trying to find, I was, as usual, ready for the normal used car experience. Midway Jeep provided the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am past being senior and have purchased many new vehicles in my life time. Special kudos to Stan and Pavel for making it a good experience. Stan actually came out in the cold wind this morning to set the Homelink to sync with my garage door opener. In my opinion that is above and beyond good service.

I bought my jeep there and after shopping at other dealerships I found Stan to be a non-pushy, extremely helpful, patient and down to earth saleperson! He responds to all of my questions and needs immediately and everything has gone really smooth. In a world where customer service is nonexistent it is refreshing to have someone who cares and takes care of you with a friendly attitude! I would recommend them to friends. Wow. I am kind of surprised because I had a great experience at Midway Jeep. My salesman Stan was great and I got a really good deal there. I guess the new management is working on change. I give them five out of five. Stanwas even honest about something that he could have easily concealed that he knew was a small fault about the car I bought. Instead of hiding it he showed me that a small spring had popped off of the fuel door and even offered to fix it. I told him not to worry because a spot of JB weld would do the job, he... read more
