I have been working with Guardian (Mike Ferreri and team) for a couple of years now. They have always been responsive, helpful and happy to answer the multitude of questions that arise during camera installation/monitoring, etc. I would highly recommend this team and company if you are looking for services that they offer! (For context, I manage several Community Associations and they have assisted with needs on several with me).
New Management team from Parent Company Guardian. New Manager San Diego area Mike Ferreri has been in place for over a year now. Dedicated professional that has completely changed my opinion of services we were paying for. Our site is over 200 acres and in under a year has replaced all camera towers all to the expected performance level. Based on operational threat I have called the day of over new concerns to relocate a tower, with always a positive response. Genuine concern to service the account.
