I got 3 dogs and 2 kids so you can imagine what my carpets look like. I finally called this company cause I just couldn't get the stains out no more. They came in with this big machine and went to work. Super friendly guy, explained everything and even moved some of the furniture for me. Took about an hour or so and wow it looked brand new when he was done. The smell was nice too, not all chemical-like. Only thing was he was running late but he did call so I apreciate that. Jeff communicated throughout the whole process, arrived on time, and got right to work. We had some stretching required, and a deep cleaning needed. The results were perfect! Would highly recommended.
