Great Service I had the complete oppisite experiance as the gentleman above. The service was very friendly & personable. The staff were experts and had a lot of patiance with me. I think it's sort of strange that the reviewer above went out of his way to list other bike shops? Could he be an employee of another store?

Terrible customer service. Bad operational procedures. Don't order anything online from them- they will charge restocking fees even if you asked the item to be cancelled prior to shipping. Was charged a $44 restocking fee for an item I never possessed.I placed an order on a Saturday at 6:28p. There was no cancel option online. I attempted to call the location again to cancel the order, however, they are closed on Sundays. On Sunday, I sent an email to the mailbox attached to the invoice. I've used this bike store consistently the past decade and strongly recommend it. The owner has a lot of integrity and charges a fair price for repairs, which is becoming more rare. In a industry for bike repair where the shop has every incentive to pad the bill (like an auto mechanic), this place is fair and keeps you coming back due to the excellent customer service, expertise and reasonable rates. I've taken my bike to other shops to get my bike fixed when needed and get a quote, but found the charges excessive elsewhere ... read more
