Sonny helped with a cooktop where one burner wouldn’t respond at all. He checked the controls and found the switch had failed internally. Replaced it and tested each burner one by one. Everything worked smoothly after that. Sonny was easygoing, didn’t rush, and made sure everything was safe before wrapping up. Solid experience.
Freezer door didn’t seem to close tightly anymore, and I started noticing frost building up around the edges. The tech checked the seal and found it had warped over time. He replaced the gasket and made sure it sealed properly all the way around. He also adjusted the hinges slightly so the door lined up better. Within a few hours, the frost stopped forming and everything inside stayed solid frozen. I didn’t realize how much warm air was getting in before.
There was this constant buzzing coming from behind the fridge, especially noticeable at night. Cooling seemed fine, but the sound kept getting worse. The technician pulled it out and found the condenser fan was struggling and hitting debris. He replaced the fan and cleaned everything around it. The noise disappeared immediately. He also showed how dust builds up back there over time. It’s one of those things you never check until something breaks.
Washer wouldn’t start and kept flashing a lock error. I thought it was something electronic, but the tech found the door latch had worn out. He replaced the lock mechanism and tested multiple cycles. It clicked shut properly every time after that. Simple fix, but saved me from replacing the whole unit.
Vito came out when our oven started taking forever to heat up. It would eventually get there, but something was clearly off. He tested the bake element and found it was partially burned out. Replaced it and ran a full preheat cycle to confirm it reached the right temperature. What I liked was that he didn’t just leave after swapping the part. He stayed and checked how evenly it heated. Vito explained why partial failures can still let it work, just inefficiently. Now it heats fast and evenly again.
