Very dissatisfied. I bought some Spruce Weed Killer that had a defective sprayer. After calling Procter and Gamble, trying to get it to work, they sent me a coupon. Not wanting to transport the partially used bottle in my car, I returned to the store and was told that they would not honor a manufacturers coupon. Procter and Gamble told me they've had problems with Ace Hardware and directed me to Home Depot, who gladly exchanged the coupon for a new bottle of the Spruce weed killer. I needed a powerful lightweight handheld vacuum for pet hair, as my daughter just moved in with her dog. I chose Ace Hardware because I'm sick of further enriching billionaires and I'm so very glad I did. The service, selection and price was all much BETTER than the big box store in my area. Especially the service! I didnt have to hunt around when for an associate when i had questions, and the checkout lines were manned so that the wait was minimal. (My time is very valuable to me.)
