I feel like a 1 implies they at least “something” so realistically a negative star would be more appropriate. They lack customer service and acknowledgement and even their follow through leaves nothing to be desired for. This is closest location to me and twice I’ve been failed. The first time the wrong paint was mixed and painted so I had to go back and repurchase and pay for a second round of labor and paint to have my shed repainted. I don't come here often but when I do it's always a positive experience. The customer service is always great and welcoming. I can easily find what I'm looking for. The store is well maintained and clean! I will continue to come here for my hardware needs 😀

This place is an institution. I forgot it was here when I picked up an online order, thinking that it was the Lake Murray Blvd location. Oops; closed for a long time now. Anyway, there is a ton of stuff there and the employee I dealt with was great. This store will, hopefully, be there for a very long time.
