The worst customer service. Whenever you place a maintenance order they come 3 days late. They charge so many extra fees for pest control when my family encountered a SNAKE right next to the office where parents trust their kids to go out and play safely. The property is not safe, there has been at least 3 break ins by the SAME people who are never caught and stole many cars and valuable items from other neighbours. Do not move here for your sake, they will make you pay an extra thousand dollars on top of what you are suppos... read more
The complex is tired There are insects when the apartment is handed over and when going to an office they do not respond to the complaint live in this apartment 802 and this my apartment and l complain for this office fourth time they do not solve my problem and there is no response to my complaints look at the picture this cleanliness of the time of corona

We absolutely love living at San Brisas. We have young kids and love that San Brisas is so family and kid friendly! A welcoming leasing team, beautiful and well maintained common areas, Top notch appliances, great amenities that include a safe play area, a lap pool, a splash pad for the kids & so many more wonderful things to love about living here. We also love that it is accessible to so many great places around. San Brisas is not just any place - it Home for us!
