Front desk receptionist is rude when I asked how long is the wait. We've noticed that they were calling people that just came in and Xray are supposed to be walk ins. We waited for almost 3 hours.
not a long wait for having 3 test done . I got here at 730 AM and was out at 10 AM. when I got here it was full. But when I left it was almost empty. Good Job , for it being Saturday.
The front desk receptionists are rude, impatient and their attitude is ridiculous. The wait time is expected however their people skills are poor. They canceled 2 appointments because they didn't have a technician only for them to be this disrespectful upon arrival. They're so unprofessional. I asked my doctor to not recommend them. However the technicians in the back, are kind courteous and very professional.
