Told appointment was at 11 everyone else went in so finally asked what's taking so long we got there at 10 and then asked if we had left we were sitting in front waiting then they said appointment at 1 never again everyone had left for lunch
This place is bull shit I waited 3 hours to see a doctor in the room for a breathing test. The damn doctor said she never knew I was in the room. They are charging me to be a new client at this place even though I've been a client there since I was a child. Fuck that...... No joke the bill is for being a new client.
This place is ridiculous. Agency faxed form over a month ago. THEY said they never got. Probably sitting on drs desk under a pile. SBMA claimed mom needed to be seen for form to be signed. So she was brought in Saturday. Dr. claimed it would be faxed over Monday. But was it signed..ummm NO!!! They LITERALLY SUCK!!!!
Dr. Rafael Lopez is amazing! He treats his patients very well. The only thing I didn't like is that the waiting is too long.
It's better now that u can register before u go into the office. And I Love My Dr Norma Schacherl....and it seems you have improved on ordering the refills too.
