I was told I had an infection and was given antibiotics. I asked before I left the clinic for my prescription and they said it was already sent to the pharmacy. I returned to worked and decided to pick it up when I got out. Well they NEVER SENT IT! I called the operator to please have them send it and nothing. To this day, I’m still waiting on test results. Never been called. I call and they say they haven’t received the lab results yet. Meanwhile I’m vomiting out my insides waiting for these quacks SOBs’ phone call for an update on the results. These people aren’t even fit to be veterinarians and much less being doctors.

Waiting over a week for them to fax lab results is pathetic I asked them if they needed me to pick them up and take them to the dr but they assured me 4 days ago it was done :(
I had a total knee replacement on May 8th and came to Harlingen for in-patient rehab. I saw Dr Bothwell several times while I was in Rehab. Just before I left rehab he came to see me and told me I needed to see him in his office, so we agreed on Wed, the 30th at 11:00. I drove 45 min to get to the appointment and was told I did not have an apointment and that he could see me at 2:00. I can honestly say without hesitation Dr Bress and his staff are professional, intelligent and caring. Dr Bress always EXPLAINS everything, he is not a doctor who sees you, gives you a diagnosis, meds and goes on to his next patient. His bedside manner Is gracious, with a touch of humor, which I like.
