I am beyond disappointed in the lack of service received today. I rush through school traffic from Primera just to get there with no vet and no medications. The office sets up appointments for a reason and should call if the meds are not available instead of wasting our time. To have the vet tech say ”its not a waste of time that I can have 1 of the 4” things I went in for and come back on Thursday. I have always praised Dr.Merritt but today was absolutely the worse.
I will be forever grateful for the amazing care my beloved dog received at this clinic! They treat everyone with such care and compassion and are very professional and affordable. 🥺🙏🏻💙 Ruffy 🐶
I love this place. They never overbook you so you don’t have to wait for hours. Dr. Merritt is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She will even drop of medicine to you etc herself!
Can I just say how amazing this vet and her entire staff is? I was searching for a new vet when I adopted a kitten and this was one of the vets the humane society recommended. The staff is amazingly friendly and considerate. The vet and vet techs are very knowledgable and caring. My babies are already feeling worlds better with the medication and care! Thank you guys for doing superb work!
They save lives. My dog would be dead without Dr. Merrit.
Dr. Merritt and her associates absolutely care about their patients and human family members. We have been customers for several years.
Dr. Merritt diagnosed my dog with diabetes, heartworms and it was her believe that she had cancer because of some red spots. She recommended I euthanize her instead of having her treated. Needless to say, took her to the County Vet, and one year later her diabetes is controlled, she has no more heartworms and she doesn't have cancer.
