It's the worse place a loving parent should send their children.The staff is rude and unprofessional. They provoke children then once they act up by talking back...it's enough for them to throw them in a restraining mechanical chair depending on the nurses mood determines how long they'll b there. Once in restraints they force injections to help then calm down....my daughter has been treated worse than an animal. ..
My 14 year old daughter is in the adolescent unit. I feel she is being neglected. Always dirty when we go see her, clothes r dirty, she smells. And to top it off this past Saturday I checked her hair (she was scratching non stop) and found out she has head lice. They never contacted me about it. They have no communication with me at all. The nurse calls after midnight to give me an update. And I'm thinking it's an emergency. Then they say I should go and comb my daughters hair. Really people. My daughter is in your care.
