Place appeared unclean, tons of kids running around, noisy, they should have a seperate building for pediatrics !! Wait times are terrible. Even if you have an appointment. Hope I don't have to return there...
Staff is rude. Office manager never returns calls place is dirty. Changes appts on you with out notifying you till you show up.
There isnt enough room for people to be comfortable, the staff at the check in are ill mannered. One of them had her celphone in her hand the whole time, my daughter was very ill and had no idea who the doctor was , or if she even saw a dr. No greeting was offered, two different people came into the room checked her vitals ,then was given a prescription and we left. There is no area for small children to be so they can be kept busy not stressed or stressing other patrons I would take my child to the emergency room before I w... read more
