Great property! I have lived here a few years now! Everyone is so nice and I have met great people here! The gym is good and always clean. They have functions that are free to residents every month! I would definitely recommend!
Started off fine, but over the last year or two this place has changed for the worse. These days the “events” are multi level marketing sales pitches. People who don’t live here break glass by the pool. Management takes over A month to fix grills/electric sockets/TVs in the common areas.
They don't care about people, only about money. Charging way too much for what they (don't really) offer. Pools always dirty, hot tub only works in the summer. Tv's always broken, Common areas never being cleaned. Dog poop all over the property. Not worth the money.

Either these ceilings are thin as hell or these new residents have heavy ass feet!
Love Love Love this place. Excellent community. Each and every member of the San Antigua team is great. Love the fact that they have monthly resident activities and functions - from food truck nights to community breakfast and classes. All maintenance requests are completed timely, the pool and grill areas are always well maintained. I have been living here since a year and half and have had an absolutely lovely time so far.
Could not be happier. From the office to the maintenance team...they are top notch! Not to mention dog friendly. If you want to meet your neighbors go to the bark park
