phenomenal staff I had a great experience at Samys in Santa Ana! The staff really knows what they are talking about and helped steer me away from spending money on things I didn't need. The salesman who helped me was polite and funny and listened to my newbie questions. I learned a lot of what I thought I knew already! Terrific Staff Justin has been remarkable in his care and patients in trying to get Nikon to solve my camera malfunctioning problems. My camera is still under warranty and I have had to return to Sammy's three time with problems. I am not happy with Nikon, but Justin has been terrific!
