Great Service! Loved the service! I love the idea of personalized service vs trying to get a salespersons attention. Rebecca was who helped me and she was wonderfully knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Exceptional Customer Service Toby and Jim were very professional and helpful. Toby called another store to locate the bag that I wanted. The customer service at Samy's is exceptional every time I go in.
Great Camera Service Great service from knowledgeable, friendly people. Jason was helpful with video cameras today and Rebecca was helpful yesterday with a different camera. Folks are always pleasant and helpful, in my experience.

Highly Patient and Informative Without Being Pushy I went here with a fellow photographer friend and we both spent more money than I care to admit! I was so torn between two models of DSLR's and purchased one from Rebecca on the first day of their no tax sale...the place was insanely busy, but she didn't rush us at all and was very personable. Everything Was Perfect I have limited experience with photography and even less with selecting film, memory sticks and printing. But I really wanted to be able to take some reasonably good pictures on vacation of friends and family. I was helped by a very nice and informative young lady at the counter. She took the time to find out what my experience level and equipment was and what I was hoping to do. She made several recommendations and did not push me into something for the sale. Great Product Selection and They Know Their Stuff Over the years, I have purchased several cameras here as well and the folks behind that counter have always been very helpful and are very knowledgeable. I took as much time as I wanted to play with the equipment, switching out lenses, etc. They have a great product selection and know their stuff.
Service with a Smile Alyssa @ Samy's Camera is seriously an great asset to the company. She has AMAZING customer service skills (as you know that's really hard to find now a days) also she has A LOT of patience. She always helps me out & no matter how many questions I ask she always has an answer w/a smile on her face.
The place to go! If you live in the area this is definitely the place to go for anything camera related. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. There is such a large selection of everything. I recommend!!
