Great Camera Service Great service from knowledgeable, friendly people. Jason was helpful with video cameras today and Rebecca was helpful yesterday with a different camera. Folks are always pleasant and helpful, in my experience.

Worst Return Policy Samy's has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They are over priced and have the worst, the WORST return policy a company could have. Most people who work there walk around like they are doing you a favor when they they stop to "help" you when they do not even know how half of what the store carries works. There are cheaper places online and you need not have to deal with morons who take a month to return your money on an unopened product.
Highly Patient and Informative Without Being Pushy I went here with a fellow photographer friend and we both spent more money than I care to admit! I was so torn between two models of DSLR's and purchased one from Rebecca on the first day of their no tax sale...the place was insanely busy, but she didn't rush us at all and was very personable. This Is Great Customer Service I have shopped at this location many times and have always received excellent customer service. In particular, the staff at the photo printing counter have been extremely helpful and I mean everything from "are you able to work that kiosk?" to calling me up to tell me that the photofinishing lab thinks the color corrections I input are too funky, so they want me to bring in my originals so they can best match the colors. Couldn't be more satisfied. This is great customer service.
I liked it It was bustling on a Saturday morning -- pros mixing with us amateurs. All the clerks were busy. They've got excellent selection, a good set of services, and they're quick to help out in-person. PROS: Plenty of parking, good selection CONS: prices are a bit high
Samy's Pasadena = Friendly, terrific, really helpful, virtually always! Michelle, (Manager), Jeff (Sales person), Cynthia, Natalie, Juan, "my team" of tech & customer support at Samy's. Are they perfect? They're human. But, they each, typically come thorough for me in fine form. Under usual circumstances, I wouldn't want to go any where else. Great Deals The staff here is one of the best teams that I have ever had to deal with. They are friendly and treat you with respect. They know what they are talking about. I will be recommending them.
Great every time I've been here a few times now and I am happy to say every single time was wonderful. I was treated with the same level kindness each time. I will definitely keep coming back!
