Done with this place My last visit to Samys was quite disappointing. My friend and I just got back from Las Vegas and instead of going straight home decided to go to Samys to get some stuff we have been itching to get. We go there on 12/24/07, with 4min to spare. Exceptional Customer Service Toby and Jim were very professional and helpful. Toby called another store to locate the bag that I wanted. The customer service at Samy's is exceptional every time I go in.
Good camera shop The pleasant, knowledgeable staff will help you select a camera the best suits your needs, and not necessarily the most expensive one. They also develop both traditional and digital photos. They carry all types and sizes of film, darkroom equipment and supplies. They also have video equipment.
Always willing to help Jason is always helpful whenever I make a purchase. He's always patient and takes the time to explain the product to me. He makes sure that I know how to utilize all the functions so that I'll be able to do it on my own.
Great Sales Jason at Samy's Camera was such a big help assisting us from start to finish with our sale. He showed us great selections and even helped us to set up our camera once we purchased it. Thanks again Jason you were amazing.
