DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP OR WEBSIT! On July 3rd I ordered flowers with a teddy bear+balloon+chocolate. In fact we only received flowers even though we paid for the entire package. I think it is impudence not to deliver what promised and paid! All our requests were ignored!!!
If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral and they were not delivered but I was still charged. I called the day before and the day of to ensure the flowers would be present at the funeral but they were not. The funeral home said they never received it. When I called Samuel’s flowers to inquire about the flowers they said it was delivered and the would look for proof of delivery signature and call me back. They never returned my call. I order a large flower set in a box as described in the description for my mom on mother's day, and instead the flowers came in a vase with some missing flowers, and not the size or description I paid for. I feel ripped off. Never order from these people again!
