I visited this 11-story senior building and was shocked to find that out of three elevators, only one is working — and this happens every single day. For a place where elderly residents live, this is completely unacceptable. Many people here rely on walkers or wheelchairs, and waiting endlessly for one elevator is unsafe and exhausting.
