Dr. Reck listened well to any concerns that I expressed. He was pleasant and offered literature for me to refer to for patient support at home. I had seen him 14 years earlier and he cared enough to review that earlier connection.
Dr. Reck was not thorough in his examination. He did a topical and extremely quick look at my skin and did not even review my whole body. He addressed the concern that I came in with by handing my a flyer and not explaining the medical aspects of that concern. When he found his spot of concern he told me my options, and I picked the cheap option, however he billed me for the expensive option. Now I am having to deal with hospital accounting to try and pay for the procedure I requested.
