My husband had appointment this morning at 8:00 am, yesterday we had a big snow. We thought the office would call and cancel, but NO phone call. So husband went to appointment, there was no one at the office. The thing is, we have received treatening letters from them as to big. fee if appointment was missed. They should have been professional enough to call to say they planned to close.
