Friendly. The. Dr getting old sometime will miss something.
This is for my wife who had a horrible cataract operation with Dr Lo. He messed up on removing the old lens and now she cannot pass the driver's license eye exam and is virtually blind in the left eye. No apologies, no "sorry" just pay the many as if it was a success. Our Dr in Tacoma forbad us to see him again.
