SLC Realty was a great place to rent from while I was at Pitt. Scott went out of his way to help with any issues we had. Maintenance request were always taken care of within 24 hours. They kept their properties in great condition and rent was affordable. All bedrooms were fully furnished which took a lot of stress of moving into and out of the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving to the Oakland area.
SLC realty and my landlord Scott were great. They treated me and my roommates respectfully and promptly fixed any issues that arose. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking to rent.
I rented from SLC Realty for the first year I moved off campus. My parents and I were exceptionally pleased. Scott, our real estate agent through SLC, was always helpful and would go out of his way to make sure that my roommates and I were happy and comfortable in our apartment.
