It’s always a pleasure when I go to see Dr. Lake and his assistant Madison! They both have a great bedside manner and affable and friendly. Always explains every procedure and injections that I have. It’s saying a lot when you enjoy visiting the doctor.
I recently had an appointment with the doctor and wanted to share my experience to provide constructive feedback. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the doctor saw me at least 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I observed that he was condescending to his staff, creating a tense atmosphere in the office. Dr. Lake is truly the best! From the first consultation to my successful total knee replacement surgery, his expertise and care were outstanding. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the surgery went smoothly. My recovery has been fantastic, and I’m almost back to pain-free movement. I highly recommend Dr. Lake and his team at Suburban Orthopedics!!!
