I'll start with check-in as a new patient: The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful--and PATIENT!--as I struggled with the check-in iPad! The staff member (Samantha?) who got me settled (weighed me etc)in an exam room was professional and friendly. I liked Dr. Baxter! He didn't rush through his visit with me...instead he took time to ask and answer questions, LISTENED to my questions and concerns...and saw me very close to my appointment time!
Very nice man. He explains everything to you. He has been taking care of me and my knee for the past 3 years.
