Black male assistant(sorry did not see his name) who checks for glaucoma and does eye test was great. Respectful and patient. Then treated like cattle...in and out as fast as possible. Doc never said what was wrong with eye...no explanations. When trying to ask Dr Shah questions..such as what is the problem with eye...such as infection....chronic dry eye.... female assistant cut discussion off and said 'I' am writing how to use drops. Wrote down PF....well what is PF...preservative free after searching online. First visit..g... read more
Dr Karl’s made me feel comfortable and understanding of my concerns. He also had good bed side manner. I was very pleased with Dr Karl and his patience with me over his concerns. I am very grateful and very thankful that Dr Karl provided me with the information needed to help me understand my condition.

Dr. Passarelli's expertise in eye care.! I did cataracts and had pan optic lenses put in and I haven't been happier with the results.I am 66 years young and feel like a new woman !!!My husband is jealous and has an appointment to be examined and analyzed
I felt he treated me with respect despite my age. I am a retired lawyer and currently a NY State EMT. Initially when I went to this office in 2018/2019 I had felt as if I had been talked down to. I no longer believe that is the case. Despite those initial observations, i never was in doubt regarding Dr. Richter's professional skills and excellence in executing them in surgical procedures and office exams.
Saw this doc yesterday for removal of papillomas on my eyelids. I found him to be confused as to why I was there. He spoke down to me. Implied that I didn’t understand. My daughter was with me and witnessed the rudeness from this man! I left the office without the procedure. I’m 80 years old. I refuse to be disrespected by anyone!
Every one from checking in to seeing Dr Richter was professional and helpful. My questions were answered.
Trust in diagnosis, trust in decision making and trust in performing medical procedures. I haven't always had that in some of my doctors and the results weren't always positive. I don't usually respond to sharing these reviews but I'm very pleased with Dr. Craig Richter .
