Excellent doctor, clean office, very efficient staff
I’m very happy with my eyelid surgery experience at SightMD.
I saw Dr. Baharastani for a stye procedure. His cold, arrogant manner made an uncomfortable procedure even more unpleasant. He kept telling me to breathe normally. He did not let the anesthesia take effect before he roughly propped my eyelid open and started the procedure. I believe medical expertise to of paramount importance but so is patient treatment. I will never use this doctor again.
So talented, caring, thorough, and listens. Amazing. Love my results.
My mother and I saw Dr Baharestani to check her blocked tear duct. We referred by her ophthalmologist (Dr. Passarelli) who said he only trusted Dr B to do her surgery. We found him to be kind, gentle, and very professional. My only complaint is that because he is such a great doctor, it is sometimes tough to get in to see him. I can’t hold this against him because unfortunately all of my best doctors are extremely busy. I would recommend him and his staff very highly. My mom and I were extremely pleased with our experience.
The doctor was completely unprofessionally. Didn’t even examine me, he was rushed, gave wrong diagnosis. So glad I found out before I had surgery. Terrible experience.
My daughter had droopy eyelid surgery with Dr. Baharestani in 2018. We met with a few surgeons before doing the surgery because my husband and I were nervous about the procedure. In the end, Dr. Baharestani’s office was efficient and made us feel comfortable. I could tell that they were specialists in this condition. Her surgery was uncomplicated and her results are perfect. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was truly the perfect surgeon for us.
No stars! First impression - efficient office. Truth - things were rushed and my dismissed. This has been HORRIFYING! Suture line on my R eye is much higher than L – rushed & totally uneven. I was told the black in the suture line was because of the sun - I HADN’T been in the sun, It was winter! I have very noticeable large red bumps on my right eyelid now that are unsightly!! I was told they would go away. That was months ago. Would NOT recommend ever!!
Dr Baharestani did blepharoplasty for me in 2014. He did such a great job that 5 years later I still recommend for my friends and family to see him. I was very impressed with his bedside manner and more impressed with his skills. He is an excellent surgeon,
