They are completely uninvolved with their rentals. When repairs are needed, they avoid contact with the renter. My bathroom did not have blinds for over 3 months and my shower never got a curtain installed. Both these things were promised to be done before moving in. Jonathan Samtov, the landlord for the New Orleans area, never came by the house once to even see what condition it was in, and the yard was in a constant need of maintenance. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They are slumlords renting mold infested properties and not even willing to remove the mold. They lie and avoid you if you experience an issues. I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE TO LEASE PROPERTIES. I had a horrible experience with this company and I am posting this in the hopes of saving someone else from a similar occurance...RUN Don't walk RUN from these people.
